Before we talk about numbers, homes, or milestones, there’s something more important to say.
Thank you.
Thank you to the homeowners who opened their doors and invited us into spaces that mean something deeply personal.
Thank you to the brokers who trusted us with their listings, their clients, and their time.
Thank you to the tennis, padel, and pickleball community for seeing value in what we’re building and for sharing the enthusiasm, curiosity, and opportunities that live at the intersection of racket sports and real estate.
Tennis Homes has grown this year because it’s been shaped together. By people who believe that homes with courts are more than properties, and that lifestyle, sport, and place deserve thoughtful storytelling.
This is a look back at the year we’ve just played and a look ahead to what’s coming next.
A Platform Built Through Momentum and Sharing
What started as a focused idea has grown organically through community, conversation, and curiosity. Much of this year unfolded in public, shared across screens and courts around the world.
Across our digital channels, Tennis Homes reached millions of people who resonated with the way tennis lives within architecture, landscape, and daily life.
40M+ views
15M+ people reached
2.5M+ interactions
80K+ followers across channels
13K website users exploring tennis homes worldwide
Throughout the year, we received consistent inbound interest from buyers, renters, homeowners, brokers, and brands through Instagram, our website, and direct introductions. These conversations often turned into property tours, collaborations, and transactions, reinforcing that the interest wasn’t just passive, but intentional. And through those conversations, we saw a clear and growing appetite for homes where sport is woven naturally into everyday life.
Moments That Defined the Year
Some moments stopped us in our tracks and clearly did the same for our community.
At Cowdray Park, the hidden entrance to the indoor tennis court sparked a wave of excitement. What felt like stepping through a bookcase into a match captivated millions, reaching 13.9M views, 7.7M people, and generating over 800K interactions.
At Pinecrest Grand Estate, the arrival experience, with direct views and access to the tennis court from the front of the home, resonated just as strongly. The response confirmed what we often see in person: when tennis architecture surprises, people share it.
From Exposure to Outcomes
Tennis Homes is, at its core, a real estate brokerage, focused on representing, positioning, and transacting homes with private courts.
Of the 112 tennis homes featured this year, 9 sold, primarily across the United States, with additional activity in Australia and Costa Rica. These results reflect alignment, timing, and visibility within a niche that rewards clarity and context.

Brands, Culture, and Creative Alignment
This year, we interacted with 20+ brands and businesses across the tennis world, exploring ways to connect sport, lifestyle, and place in authentic ways.
One standout moment came during the Miami Open, when Jacob & Co partnered with ATP player, number 3 in the world, Alexander Zverev for a campaign shot inside a tennis home in Pinecrest. The home served as both setting and statement, blending luxury, tennis, and architecture. The campaign assets elevated visibility for the brand while reinforcing the home’s positioning, which later sold.
For us, this confirmed something important. Tennis homes can be cultural stages when approached thoughtfully.
On the Ground: Tennis Homes We Experienced Firsthand
While much of Tennis Homes lives online, some of the most meaningful insights this year came from being on site.
We visited more than a dozen tennis homes across multiple countries, including the United States, Spain, Brazil, and the Caribbean. Some of these homes were publicly listed. Others were strictly off-market or confidential. Several have since sold.
A few experiences stood out and shaped how we think about tennis living:
Triton Villa, an extraordinary racket-lover’s property with two tennis courts, two professional padel courts, a pickleball court, and direct beach access
East Hampton Sanctuary, a post-modern home in the Hamptons, surrounded by nature and strikingly different from the area’s typical shingle-style architecture
The Point, just 53 miles from New York City, combining water access, a private pier, and expansive grounds
Palm Tennis Paradise in the Florida Keys, where a private beach, pier, and tennis court come together seamlessly
Finca in Pollença, reminded us why the island continues to attract tennis lovers
Select off-market homes in Rio de Janeiro and Miami that quietly redefine what’s possible in their respective markets
Being on the ground continues to sharpen our perspective. It reminds us that photos and videos can only go so far. Understanding how a court feels, how a home flows, and how location shapes daily life is essential.
Where Tennis Homes Stands Today
As we close the year, Tennis Homes features:
112 on-market tennis homes, alongside additional off-market and confidential opportunities
19 countries, with strong representation in the US, Spain, the UK, Italy, France, and Australia
Price ranges from $1.5M to $110M, with an average around $19M
Property types spanning coastal, countryside, mountain, bespoke architecture, and homes near ATP tournaments
Court surfaces including hard, Har-Tru, clay, grass, and synthetic
An expanded focus on padel and pickleball homes, and even a few with squash, because racket sports rarely live in isolation

And among the homes that captured the most attention:
Looking Ahead at 2026
As we look toward the year ahead, we’re excited about what’s coming.
Moments around ATP tournaments.
New collaborations with brands and businesses that elevate the connection between tennis and real estate.
Entering new markets across different continents.
And creating more opportunities for homeowners, brokers, brands, buyers, and travellers to connect through shared experiences on and off the court.
If you own a home with a court and are curious about exploring different ways to share it, if you’re a broker looking to elevate how tennis homes are positioned, or if you’re searching for your place to play and live, we’re always open to the conversation.
Thank you for being part of this year on court. We’re excited to keep building what comes next together.
Until the next match,
Tennis Homes Team
