Discovering Paradise in Turks and Caicos
We all have that moment when the winter feels like it’s gone on just a little too long. For us, it was the second week of February. New York was cold and gray, and we needed sunshine, a reset, and a good reason to pick up a racket.
So we went looking for it.
Just a short flight later, we landed in Turks and Caicos, and the shift was instant. The light felt warmer. The days stretched slower. And the idea of calling this place home didn’t feel far-fetched at all.
We came for a break from winter. We found something much bigger.
We went for the sun. We stayed for the tennis. And we came back inspired.
Why Turks and Caicos Is a Hidden Gem for Tennis Homes
Turks and Caicos gave us exactly what we were hoping for: a warm reset from winter. With calm turquoise waters, soft white-sand beaches, and a slower rhythm that takes hold the moment you arrive, it’s the kind of place that makes you breathe a little deeper. The light hits differently, the conversations feel easier, and suddenly, home feels far behind in the best possible way.
What we didn’t expect was how ideal it would be for tennis lovers. Beyond the postcard-perfect beaches and island charm, we found something rare: tennis homes in Turks and Caicos designed for players who take their game and their downtime seriously. Private courts, lush surroundings, and beautifully crafted villas made it feel like the best of both worlds.
If you’ve ever imagined what it might be like to own a slice of that lifestyle, these following properties show just how far the dream can go….

Triton Villa A Racquet Sports Paradise
We had heard about Triton before visiting. But nothing quite prepared us for how complete it really is.
This estate was made for movement. Right on the water, Triton Villa includes:
Two tennis courts, one hard surface and one red clay
Two padel courts
A pickleball court
A shaded pavilion for post-match gatherings and slow afternoons
It’s a dream setup for racquet lovers, whether you’re training, playing for fun, or hosting a group trip.
But that’s only part of the story. The villa itself is something else entirely.
Set across seven acres, Triton spans more than 18,000 square feet with eight bedrooms in the main house, four separate bungalows, and staff quarters. There are two pools, a cold plunge, hot tub, bocce court, fire pit, and an outdoor movie theater. Everything is designed to make you want to stay just a little longer.
And with the beach right outside your door – on one of the best kiteboarding spots in the world – it’s hard to imagine a better place to start or end the day.
Kailoa VillaWhere Design Meets the Sea
Next to Triton is a property that feels quieter but no less impressive. Kailoa Villa brings light, flow, and craftsmanship together in a way that’s hard to forget.
The home is brand new, with clean lines, soft textures, and just the right balance of form and function. There’s a full tennis court on site, a solar system with Tesla batteries, and a boat garage tucked neatly behind the dunes. Inside, you’ll find warm tones, modern materials, and a layout made for real living.
It’s the kind of place where you open the doors, feel the breeze, and lose track of time.
Keep the Sun in Your Serve
If you’re still shaking off the winter chill, just know there’s a warmer rhythm waiting. One where the courts stay dry, the water stays clear, and every day ends with a golden sunset.
We’ll be sharing more discoveries like this, from the beach to the baseline and everything in between.
Until the next match,
Tennis Homes Team
