Hosting, Community, and Culture
Private tennis homes have long been more than residences. They become gathering places, settings for unforgettable events, and sometimes even cultural landmarks. A court framed by gardens or set against ocean views isn’t only for play. It’s a stage where stories unfold.
In the Hamptons, Rio, Los Angeles, and Miami, tennis homes have quietly hosted some of the most memorable gatherings in sport and lifestyle. Charity tournaments, brand activations, magazine launches, and intimate celebrations have all found a natural home on these courts. The blend of privacy, elegance, and connection to the game creates an atmosphere that is hard to replicate anywhere else.
Our Favorite Activations
The Huggy Bear Invitational, Hamptons
For two decades, the Huggy Bear Invitational was whispered about as one of the most exclusive pro-am doubles tournaments in the world. Played on private Hamptons courts, it drew legends like John McEnroe and Martina Navratilova while raising millions for children’s charities. Guests were invite-only, the atmosphere electric, and the courts became the backdrop for both fierce competition and meaningful philanthropy.
UBS at Reserve, Hamptons
Corporate brands have also embraced the setting of tennis homes for unique activations. UBS partnered with The Reserve in the Hamptons to create a Pro-Am experience that blended high-level play with hospitality. It wasn’t just about matches; it was about shaping community and cultivating connections in an environment that felt natural, private, and elevated.
Racquet House, Los Angeles
On the West Coast, Racquet Magazine transformed the home of restaurateurs Hans and Patti Röckenwagner into “Racquet House LA,” a cultural gathering timed with Indian Wells and Oscars weekend. The event combined tennis clinics, live art, and fundraising for wildfire relief, proving how a private court can double as a stage for both sport and social good. Guests walked away not only with memories of the game, but with a sense of community rallying for a cause.
EQI Match Point Mansion, Rio
In Brazil, EQI hosted the “Match Point Mansion” during the Rio Open, creating an exclusive retreat for investors, creators, and tennis enthusiasts. With clinics led by Brazilian pros, thematic events, and brand activations, the home became a centerpiece for experiences that extended far beyond the tournament grounds. It was an example of how tennis homes abroad are increasingly woven into the cultural fabric of major sporting moments.
Jacob & Co x Zverev, Miami Open
Earlier this year, Jacob & Co reached out looking for a setting worthy of a global campaign with Alexander Zverev during the Miami Open. We scouted and secured a luxury tennis home in Pinecrest, where the shoot unfolded seamlessly. The result was a campaign that connected a world-class brand, a top ATP player, and the unique lifestyle that only a tennis home can offer.

Merging Worlds Through Tennis Homes
These stories show how private tennis homes become more than just places to play. They have been the backdrop for charity tournaments in the Hamptons, brand campaigns in Miami, and investor retreats in Rio. Each time, the setting of a tennis home brings intimacy, character, and cultural weight to the occasion.
Our role is to bridge two worlds. On one side, we provide access to remarkable homes with private courts that are ideal for hosting events, retreats, or campaigns. On the other, we draw from our connections in the tennis and lifestyle community – from players and coaches to creatives and brands – to create moments that feel authentic and memorable. This combination of real estate knowledge and cultural ties is what allows us to shape activations that leave a lasting impression.
